Runs people through a funnel. Charm is the tool; the upsell is the point.

Friendliness that turns transactional the moment the sale stalls

Results are never falsifiable — you can't check them and you're discouraged from trying
The free content exists only to sell the paid one
Pressure ramps up exactly when you hesitate

Your move · Slow the funnel down. Ask for the one verifiable detail. Sleep on every 'now or never.'

The Mirror-Hunger

Narcissistic-style pattern (supply-seeking)

Needs the audience as fuel. Love-bombs you, then turns on anyone who reflects back something unflattering.

Critics are reframed as 'haters' or a coordinated attack
Apologies are performances aimed at restoring image, not repairing harm

Can't sit with being wrong — disagreement triggers rage or a victim arc
Cycles the audience: adoration, then devaluation, then a comeback
The persona is airtight; you never see a real seam

Your move · Watch how they handle criticism, not praise. Fragility under challenge is the giveaway.

Low-empathy / exploitation pattern

Treats people as inventory. Targets the vulnerable, scales the harm, feels no need to repair it.

No genuine remorse — only damage control when exposed
